  As a military veteran integrity is incredibly important to me. I initially had a great experience picking up the truck. I treated the truck with care and returned the truck with more fuel than when I picked it up. (I have receits to prove this). I was incredibly angered to see that they fraudulently charged me $36 for fuel The next day. When I called the location that I dropped the truck off at they told me they could not help me and made me call a 1-800 customer service number. Thankfully customer service refunded my money so U-Haul as a company has regained my trust. But I will never return to this location.
